APPLY NOW: Full-Time Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for designing, planning, implementing educational programs centered on diverse books and their authors. This position requires curriculum development, direct instruction (at least 3x/week), relationship building with partners, coordination of logistics and related administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a dynamic educator with a passion for literature, youth development, and educational equity. The Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Programs and collaborates closely with fellow Program Coordinators, program interns and other relevant staff.

APPLY NOW: Program Operations & Engagement Coordinator

This administrator plays a key role in supporting program data management, volunteer engagement, and communications. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker with strong organizational and people skills, and a passion for educational equity and youth development. This role helps coordinate volunteers, manages program data and supports communication/community engagement. This role reports directly to the Director of Programs and works closely with program coordinators, development team and other members of the organization.

Internship opportunities are available year-round. Applications are accepted in August for the fall, in November for Spring, and for the summer, in April. Internships are structured to be the learning experience you expect while at the same time providing valuable help to staff.

Interns must be attending college or have graduated.

We are happy to offer credit and will communicate with professors whenever necessary.
