Mary Catherine Horne is a Director of Talent at Alpine Investors, where she leads the attraction, recruitment, and development for their portfolio’s CEO-in-Training (CIT) program. Prior to Alpine, Mary Catherine spent the majority of her career focused in the Early Careers talent space, most recently at Blackstone and before that, Bank of America. Mary Catherine earned a B.A. in History from Sewanee: The University of the South, and completed post graduate studies in international business practices from St. Mary's University (England) and public leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School. Mary Catherine is passionate about advancing accessibility to learning and creating opportunities for growth in and outside of the classroom.
