Mary Catherine Horne is a Vice President in Human Resources at Blackstone, focused on early career talent identification, retention, and development. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2022, Mary Catherine worked in Human Capital at Bank of America and the Royal Bank of Scotland (London). Mary Catherine earned a B.A. in History from Sewanee: The University of the South, and completed post graduate studies in international business practices from St. Mary's University (England) and public leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School. Mary Catherine is passionate about advancing accessibility to learning and creating opportunities for growth in and outside of the classroom.
