Phillip Anderson is the deputy director in the Office of Black Affairs at JPMorgan Chase, which focuses on fostering inclusion across the Black Community and its allies, further enabling the firm’s aim to be the employer of choice and bank for all customers, clients, and communities. Phil is known for introducing “first ever” D&I programs that have increased employer-of-choice rankings, employee engagement and retention, which ultimately helped drive revenue and profitability. He obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resource Management & Organization Effectiveness from Manahattanville College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania and is a firm believer in helping people become the best version of themselves.
