Behind the Book welcomes interns to help us further our mission as they explore careers in the non-profit sector.
The Program Intern will support all aspects of our school programs. This is ideal for a student who is interested in education as a career path. This is an unpaid position based in our Harlem office, however candidates can receive academic credit. Commitment is for one semester, 2-3 days per week, hours are flexible. Development & Communications Intern
The Development & Communications Intern will work closely with the Development Manager, assisting in all aspects of Behind the Book’s fundraising activities. This is an unpaid position based in our Harlem office. Academic credit is available. The commitment is for one semester, minimum two days per week. We have summer, fall, and spring internships.
