Susanna Pitzer, Not Afraid of Dogs: A fiction writing workshop about fears.

Author-illustrator Susanna Pitzer explored the idea of bravery with a class of third graders.
Students read and discussed Ms. Pitzer’s book, Not Afraid of Dogs and wrote short narratives
describing their fears and how they overcame them.
