Tony Medina, Love to Langston:

Visit 1: November 18, 2009

Two 6th grade classes read Love to Langston by Tony Medina, a biography of Langston Hughes written in poetry. Medina led a two-part poetry workshop, where students learned about and wrote various genres of poetry and then performed their poetry in front of their classmates.
